So Far so good! It's day 2 of the challenge and I haven't cheated on my diet and I don't have any withdrawal pains yet. That usually hits on day 3, so tomorrow should be fun. I went to the gym this morning and did weight and cardio. I haven't done weights in a few months so I didn't go all out, but I don't like being weak. It won't be long until I'm back lifting heavier. I also did only 45 minutes of cardio, but it was more intensive than yesterday.
